About
I am a 46 year old front-end web developer, WordPress evangelist and photographic enthusiast living in Bridgwater, UK.
I have been married for 27 years, have four fantastic children (even though they are no longer really children!) and five grandchildren.
This blog was initially just a way of allowing me to publish my thoughts about my Digital Photography. There was no real structure, or framework and sometimes my ramblings may-well have meant nothing to anybody but me.
I decided I while back now, that as there were many hundreds, if not thousands of budding photographers in the World who are scouring the Web for interesting and informative snippets of information, that I would do my bit to provide some of it.
My goals here are twofold; the first is to help beginners to Digital Photography, find answers to questions that many experienced photographers may find un-necessary, or second nature and secondly I, like many amateur photographers can’t really warrant the money to buy expensive equipment. So I’m always on the lookout for cheaper alternatives which will enable me to ‘test the water‘ first, so I’ll be bringing you DIY information and ideas to get you started, that don’t break the bank!
If you have any suggestions for possible posts, or would like to be featured on the site, drop me an email using our Contact Form and I’ll get back to you.
I have an account on Flickr. You can find that HERE. If you use Twitter, feel free to follow me, and I’ll follow you back. You can find that HERE or, you can friend me on Facebook, ( even though I rarely go there myself I’m afraid
. ) You can find that HERE, or, even on FriendFeed.
Please feel free to peruse the site and if you wish, I would love to read your thoughts in the comments.
